The State Senator for Cape Ann is Bruce Tarr, who is also the Senate Minority Leader. Senator Tarr is a member of the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government that is charged with reviewing this legislation. Please include him on emails in support of H2198. Ann-Margaret Ferrante & Brad Hill are the State Representatives for the Cape Ann communities (Gloucester, Essex, Manchester-by-the-Sea & Rockport). Include them as well. If you do not live in the Cape Ann area, please look up your own Senator and State Representatives since this is an extremely important Bill.
